The STARS media e-mail inbox and media line are monitored from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT weekends and holidays. In certain circumstances, media inquiries may also be responded to outside regular hours during major events, including mass casualty incidents or other high-profile emergency responses.
