STARS LOTTERY will only offer 1,199,250 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets for sale and will be sold at a set of 2 for $10, a set of 10 for $25, a set of 50 for $50 or a set of 250 for $100.

Up to two names can be placed on a ticket. In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals on the ticket. STARS and Liquor, Gaming & Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA) are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.

Contest rules prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets:

Stride Management Corp. and STARS respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by STARS LOTTERY will be used to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out lottery information, and contact you about future STARS events and programs. You may opt-out of our mailing/​email lists at any time.

The Early Bird draw and Lucky STARS 50/50 draw will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at the STARS base: 155 West Hangar Rd., Winnipeg, MB. Any person wishing to view the draws has the right do so by attending at the above location on the draw date(s).

No, you are not required to pay for shipping or any other fee to claim a prize. If you do receive a call and are asked for payment, please do the following:

▪ Hang up and document as much information as possible regarding the call.

▪ Call the Government of Canada Anti-Fraud Centre at 1−888−495−8501 to report the fraud attempt.

The Early Bird winner and Lucky STARS 50/50 winner will be posted on the STARS LOTTERY website (starslot​tery​.ca) within five days after each applicable draw.

A STARS representative will attempt to contact both prize winners (Early Bird and Lucky STARS 50/50) by phone. If a winner cannot be notified after a period of 30 days from the draw date, the prize will be retained by the STARS Foundation.

Ticket purchasers are eligible for both prizes, provided their purchase was completed before the applicable draw deadline.

The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold lottery ticket numbers.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutes, unless otherwise stated. All winners have 30 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize(s).

Lottery prizes are tax-free.
