Administrative Assistant Governance and Communications

Administrative Assistant Governance, External Affairs and Communications is responsible for complex and confidential senior level administrative functions and provides senior, experienced level administrative support to Governance, External Affairs and Communications.
You have a detailed understanding of executive function and administrative support requirements. Your calm, organized and detail oriented nature have led you to succeed at providing support within your organization and at handling sensitive and urgent issues with professionalism and poise. In your previous experience you have initiated, prepared, edited and proofed correspondence. Meeting logistics, travel arrangements, minutes, budget assistance and expenses are all part of your repertoire. You would describe yourself as having extensive, proven successful experience as senior administrator.
Extensive knowledge with programs such as Word, Excel, Contact Resource Management (CRM), PowerPoint Version 2010 and 2007 are essential. Knowledge of Visio and Project are a definite asset as is the ability to use social media tools.
