Industry Call Taker

Location: Calgary base

Closing Date: Dec 12, 2013

This role is a one year term position and is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, specifically to register remote industry sites; respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

When assessing your competencies for this role you recognize your proven call management techniques of establishing and maintaining rapport with customers, using questioning techniques to guide a call and the diffusing of volatile situations. Identify your ability of providing professional customer service, by having followed through on commitments and anticipating potential needs or problems of customers.

Your resume illustrates a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and previous Call Centre experience. Oil and Gas Industry experience is an asset.
