Industry Call Taker
Location: Calgary base
Closing Date: Jan 15, 2013
This individual is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, specifically to register remote industry sites; respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Modeling effective communication skills, STARS Industry Call Takers must be knowledgeable about upstream industry operations and the role STARS plays in emergency response.
When assessing your competencies for this role you recognize your proven call management techniques of establishing and maintaining rapport with customers, using questioning techniques to guide a call and the diffusing of volatile situations. Identify your ability of providing professional customer service, by having followed through on commitments and anticipating potential needs or problems of customers.
Your resume illustrates a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and previous Call Centre experience. Oil and Gas Industry experience is preferred.
