Receptionist

Location: Regina base

The Receptionist attends to visitors at the STARS base and deals with inquiries on the phone and face to face. The Receptionist categorizes correspondence and supports various departments as an administrative aid.

In your present or previous position(s) you have organized reception activities as they occur at a front reception both in person and by telephone, maintained and recorded incoming telephone messages, assisted with staffing, and vendor call outs, maintained bookings and ensured that all incoming and outgoing communication be transmitted effectively and efficiently. You have been responsible for the ordering and maintenance of adequate office and facility supply inventories. As a demonstrated team player you have supported colleagues in an administrative capacity.

With a High School Diploma and/or GED and supplementary education in office administration you have gained (2) two – (5) five years of experience in an office environment performing reception duties working with Microsoft Office Products at an intermediate level.
