Administrative Assistant to VP, Saskatchewan Operations

This role is responsible to provide confidential, senior level administrative support to the Vice President, Saskatchewan Operations.
As the first point of contact for the Vice President, SK Operations you have a sound understanding of executive functions and administrative support requirements. Your calm, organized and detail-oriented nature have led you to succeed at providing support within your organization and enable you to effectively handle sensitive and urgent issues with professionalism. You have drafted, edited and proofed correspondence, reports and contracts. Calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, minutes, budget and expense assistance are all part of your repertoire.
With a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior level administrative role you are a multi-tasker who is comfortable and confident when dealing with internal and external stakeholders including contractors. You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, thrive on new challenges and have a strong customer service orientation. Financial/accounting skills and experience within a Health Care environment are assets.
*This position may evolve to include providing additional support to provincial and/or central departments.
