Senior Administrative Assistant, Foundation

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who is organized, detail oriented and excited to partner with senior leaders. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will work with the Foundation’s senior leadership team helping to organize their time, travel and supporting all efforts to ensure a remarkable experience for STARS donors.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Foundation, the Senior Administrative Assistant will provide professional and confidential administrative support, have a willingness and ability to support multiple senior leaders, as well as manage complex calendars. The successful candidate will own and maintain organizational communications such as meeting notes, project files, etc. They will be responsible to plan and execute team meetings and events.
You are organized and tech savvy with a minimum of five years’ experience in a supportive role. You are detail oriented and an effective communicator, both written and verbal. Solid data management skills utilizing Raiser’s Edge (or comparable relationship database) will be considered an asset.
