Base Administrative Assistant /Receptionist

Location: Winnipeg base

The Base Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides a link between Management, Foundation, Program Leads, Staff, External Agencies and the public. You are responsible for complex and confidential executive level administrative functions and will provide senior, experienced level administrative support.

You have a detailed understanding of executive function and administrative support requirements. Your calm, organized and detail oriented nature have led you to succeed at providing support within your organization and at handling sensitive and urgent issues with professionalism and poise. In your previous experience you have initiated, prepared, edited and proofed correspondence. Meeting logistics, travel arrangements, minutes, budget assistance and expenses are all part of your repertoire. You would describe yourself as having strong, proven successful experience as Administrative Support to senior executive(s).

With two to three years of Administrative Assistant experience preferably within a Health Care environment, extensive knowledge with programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint Version 2003 and 2007 and financial/accounting services experience you consider yourself a stand out candidate for this role. A basic skill in Raiser’s Edge is an asset.
