financial issue in 2008, and the appropriate authorities were informed
at the time. The issue is now before the courts, and therefore, we are
unable to provide further information at this time.
It is important to know that there are no resulting financial concerns
for STARS. Apart from this, we can tell you that we have full confidence
in our internal financial controls. Our annual financial statements are
audited by an external auditor.
