STARS is proud and appreciative of the more than 450 individuals who act as our ambassadors in the community through the STARS Volunteer Program.

These dedicated people give a gift of time and energy to help STARS in a variety of ways including:

• Providing administrative support in the office
• Serving on boards and committees
• Helping out at fundraising events such as casinos and auctions
• Representing STARS at special events
• Coordinating appearances by STARBEAR
• Hosting tours of STARS Bases
• Managing merchandise and information booths
• Supporting STARS Communications Specialists with Industry Site Registration

Our volunteer Board of Directors, our managers and our staff are tremendously grateful for the countless hours contributed by STARS volunteers.

Thanks to their efforts, we are able to keep our fundraising costs low and direct as much money as possible toward our patient care program.
